Introduction:
I love following the news, but I'm old-fashioned in some ways, if you have ever seen Jack Webb's movie "-30-" I've always felt that the news should be like that---even if the movie is melodramatic, but that is my feeling.
For some reason all my other news blog sites keep getting compromised, even if I'm not writing about anything speical. So this is my last ditch effort.
This has a different voice, and I'm pulling my stories from my other blogs which I will be closing eventually.
Most of these stories that I will either transfer over or eventually post are just my take on things, my discovery on things.
It may not be up-to-date or even timely, some of it will be about things that happened years ago or even last year. A lot will be "Editorial Opinion" and some will be "Puff Pieces" but I want my opinion or thoughts out there.
You don't have to like it, you may even think it's silly or stupid, and that's fine, but if what you say is insulting I don't have to post it. I'll retain editorial control.

I love the news in any format, newspapers, t.v., radio, magazine, internet, gossip, word of mouth...but there is always one thing I look for "The Truth". I deplore Media that hype's up an event to the point of 'yellow journalism'. This blog is my opinion and thoughts on any subject that I come across, either current or not. By the way...the black and white image if of the Oakland Tribune newspaper building. Iconic and I love it.
